LAKELAND RESOURCES INC. COMMENCES TRADING ON THE TSX-VENTURE EXCHANGE

Zimtu Capital is pleased to report that this Thursday, August 19, 2010, Lakeland Resources Inc. commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “LK”.

Zimtu Capital led the successful completion of Lakeland’s qualifying transaction, private placement financing and reinstatement for trading. Zimtu acquired 2,150,000 common shares of Lakeland equal to 14% of Lakeland’s issued and outstanding shares.

Jon Armes, President of Lakeland based out of Toronto was in Vancouver this week with the Zimtu team as the company opened for trading.

Lakeland is focused on gold exploration in Canada. The company is at the early stages of the value creation process and will acquire and advance gold project opportunities in Canada.

FROM THE FIELD: ELDOR DRILLING PROGRAM PHOTOS

Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXv: CCE) (FSE: D7H), one of Zimtu’s core holdings, recently announced the commencement of drilling at the Eldor Tantalum-Niobium and Rare Earth Element Project located in northern Quebec. It is a busy summer for Commerce with exploration and drilling ongoing on all three of the company’s projects: Blue River and Carbo in British Columbia and Eldor in Quebec.

FROM THE FIELD: CARBO RARE EARTH PROJECT

The summer exploration field season for British Columbia is now in full swing. For us, it is always exciting and interesting when prospectors, joint-venture partners, friends, and colleagues come to the office right from the field and share their stories and experiences.

Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXv: CCE) (FSE: D7H), one of Zimtu Capital’s holdings, recently reported that exploration programs are in progress at both the Carbo and Blue River Properties in British Columbia :

Commerce’s Carbo Project is under a joint-venture agreement with Canadian International Minerals Inc. Michael Schuss, President of Canadian International recently stopped by our office to share photos from the ongoing field program.
